Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager in Canonsburg, PA. This hybrid, working-manager role leads a small HR team while actively handling day-to-day HR responsibilities across the organization.

The HR Manager will supervise two HR Generalists and stay involved in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, HRIS/ATS, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience including supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 2–3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading and developing HR team members.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two HR Generalists; provide coaching and workload management.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS updates.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
• Maintain HR compliance and prepare HR reports for leadership.
• Partner with HR leadership on policies and organizational needs.
