Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience and hands-on approach.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, and HR administration.
• Able to advise managers and conduct difficult conversations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR person for Marlborough, MA and Williston, VT operations.
• Build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
• Assist with employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance concerns.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit talented people who will make a difference.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coordinate benefits, leave administration, and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate records and HR systems; ensure payroll alignment.
