Heartspring Inc. seeks an organized HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Wichita, KS. You will gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, and benefits under the guidance of our HR Director.

The role requires you to work onsite, Monday–Friday, with a full-time paid internship schedule. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR and eager to learn across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Handle HR administration tasks, records, and benefits coordination.
• Help ensure HR compliance and assist with HR metrics.
