Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience shaping how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent. This isn’t a shadow and observe internship—you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced HR professionals, and help power initiatives that directly impact our employees and business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed undergraduate or graduate degree.
• At least a sophomore at an accredited college/university.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available ~15 hours/week for 10 weeks in Fall 2026; possible Spring 2027.
• Must work from Hunt Valley, MD with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: identify top talent, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, engage candidates.
• Benefits Administration: support day-to-day benefits activities, communications, enrollment processes, and documentation.
• HRIS & Employee Data: assist with data maintenance, audits, reporting, and accuracy.
• Employee Experience: support onboarding, orientation, and engagement initiatives.
• Projects That Matter: collaborate with HR leaders on initiatives that influence hiring and development.
