Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in the rooms division.
• College degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent experience.
• Strong training and supervisory skills are essential.
• Good written and spoken English; MS Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Housekeeping Department day-to-day operations.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest accommodations meet Four Seasons standards.
