Job summary

You will supervise and train staff, manage workload distribution, and conduct inspections to uphold guest satisfaction standards.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of relevant experience, is at least 21, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of designated housekeeping areas and ensure tasks meet standards
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist all employees assigned to the area
• Distribute workload fairly and monitor productivity across staff
• Conduct daily guest room inspections and visual checks of rooms and public areas
• Communicate and address any area below standards with the Executive Assistant Housekeeper
• Counsel and discipline employees in line with department policies
