Island Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms to brand and IHM standards. You will set a strong example, communicate across departments, and ensure guest satisfaction with flexible scheduling as needed.

The role requires training new staff, ongoing preventative maintenance involvement, and coordinating with maintenance and front desk to prepare rooms for arrivals.

Qualifications

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and organizing rooms.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces daily to ensure compliance with brand and IHM standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff to meet service standards and understand the guest service guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Change linens and towels, restock toiletries, clean and tidy guest rooms.
• Deliver linens to laundry and ensure cleanliness of public spaces.
• Communicate with maintenance and front desk to coordinate readiness of rooms for new arrivals.
