Ayzav Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, to drive performance in a high-volume fast-casual setting. You will be on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, guiding the team with hands-on coaching.

You will own people, product, and profit, setting pace and standards while recruiting, training, and developing staff, managing costs, and ensuring top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during peak periods to lead on the floor.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring, modeling behavior on the floor, and succession planning.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence.
