Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience required in high-volume concepts.
• Proven ability to lead shifts on the floor with frontline teams.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality and service.
• Direct floor activity during peak periods and customer rushes.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop team members and shift leaders.
