Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software, platform, data, or infrastructure engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Customer-facing post-sales or delivery experience with enterprise clients is highly valued.
• Production proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go and strong software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic customers post-sale through production rollout and knowledge transfer.
• Translate customer needs into concrete technical designs, milestones, and working software.
• Design, build, test, and deploy customer-specific data pipelines, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Integrate NexusOne with enterprise systems across identity, security, governance, data catalog, storage, compute, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Support migrations across on-premises, private-cloud, public-cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Produce architecture diagrams, design docs, runbooks, test plans, and incident reviews.
