Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Floor Supervisor for a direct-hire, onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, lead a production team of 5–12, ensure on-schedule output, monitor quality and safety, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of manufacturing or production experience, prior supervisory experience, and a mechanical, process-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous supervisory, team‑lead, or similar leadership experience required.
• Direct experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand equipment and production processes.
• Strong process‑oriented mindset and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train production employees while maintaining a positive and accountable work environment.
• Assign daily work and ensure production activities remain on schedule.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, scrap, downtime, and other production metrics.
• Assist with equipment setup and help troubleshoot mechanical or process‑related issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance when equipment repairs or additional support are required.
• Partner with Quality to address production concerns and ensure products meet established standards.
• Identify workflow or process issues and help implement practical improvements.
• Manage routine employee matters such as timekeeping, scheduling, overtime, and performance feedback.
• Ensure team members understand and consistently follow production procedures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production information using company computer systems.
• Reinforce safety requirements and ensure employees follow established procedures and PPE guidelines.
