Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, coaching in real time during every rush. You’ll own people, product, and profit with a hands-on approach, setting the pace and cultivating a strong team culture.

The role emphasizes floor presence, operational excellence, and aggressive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience leading shifts and frontline staff on the floor.
• Ability to manage labor, food costs, inventory and operational metrics.
• Strong customer service orientation with coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations during peak periods, including line, oven, and drive-thru.
• Model speed, service quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Monitor P&L, labor and food costs; drive sales via ops excellence.
