Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor with hands-on presence during every rush. You will own people, products and profits, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to set the pace and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not necessary.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Develop schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals; conduct performance evaluations.
