You will perform preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake work, and small engine repairs, while keeping the shop organized and safe.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience preferred; formal certifications are not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance, or small engine repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Complete oil changes, filter replacements, brake work, tires, and routine service tasks.
• Diagnose and repair small engine issues.
• Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
• Keep the shop, yard, and work areas clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and maintain organization of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Assist with general handyman and facility maintenance projects.
• Work closely with operations staff to minimize downtime across the fleet.
