Job summary

Valley Tree Care LLC is seeking a seasoned Fleet Manager/Equipment Supervisor to lead the maintenance of trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. You will work closely with management to meet vehicle maintenance goals and coordinate with vendors for repairs.

This full-time role requires hands-on experience in fleet/equipment maintenance, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record. You must be able to work outside in varying weather and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet or equipment maintenance is essential
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and regulatory requirements
• Prior mechanic experience required
• Heavy truck/trailer repair experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Maintain company vehicles and equipment including trucks, trailers, wood chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and repairs
• Drive company vehicles to and from the yard safely
• Work with management to meet maintenance goals
