Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete minor repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
