Job summary

G Home Inc. is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead Nashville-area interior and exterior field teams. The role combines hands-on field work with supervision, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and to quality standards.

The position supports estimating and sales activities, travels within the Nashville North and Nashville South territories, and emphasizes strong communication with customers and stakeholders to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field operations experience in related services.
• 1–3 years of experience leading crews (Team Lead/Foreman/Supervisor).
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, sites and schedules.
• Experience training, coaching, and directing field employees.
• Experience interacting with residential/commercial customers.
• Working knowledge of jobsite safety requirements and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leads and field pros performing cleaning, painting, gutter protection installation, pressure washing, and other field services.
• Manage daily field operations to ensure safety, timeliness, scope adherence, and quality.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and scheduling to maximize crew productivity.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to promote skill development and accountability.
• Support estimating and sales activities through site visits and input on project requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
