Job summary
Fireside Hearth & Home in Nashville is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to oversee in-home installation and service teams for fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and facings. You will coordinate with inside operations, sales, builders, homeowners and inspectors to ensure quality and safety.
The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling oversight, and ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and building codes while maintaining certifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in building/remodeling with construction knowledge.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local/national codes.
- Ability to read residential and commercial blueprints.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field members and subcontractors performing installation and service.
- Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance on all sites.
- Coach, train, and educate field teams regularly.
- Monitor ticketing processes and maintain certifications.
- Plan and optimize labor scheduling and routing.
- Manage reports, E-tickets, and provide quotes with Branch leadership.
