Job summary

Fireside Hearth and Home in Nashville, TN is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to lead in-home installation and service teams for fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and facings.

You will supervise field personnel and subcontractors, ensure adherence to installation tickets, safety standards and OSHA regulations, and coach teams for continuous improvement.

This role collaborates with inside operations, sales, builders, homeowners, and inspectors to deliver quality projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in building/remodeling with construction knowledge.
• Familiarity with installation requirements, OSHA safety standards, and building codes.
• Ability to read residential and commercial blueprints.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct installation and service activities by field crew and subcontractors.
• Verify adherence to installation tickets and certify skill levels.
• Provide coaching, training, and education to field teams.
• Maintain knowledge of safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, builders, homeowners, and inspectors.
