Job description

The Field Services Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of both interior and exterior field service teams, including cleaning, painting, gutter protection installation, pressure and soft washing, and new construction clean-out services. This role oversees team leads, manages project execution, supports estimating and sales activities, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.

While this position includes supervisory responsibilities, the Field Services Supervisor is expected to actively participate in field operations and perform hands-on work alongside team members as business needs require.

We are filling two openings, one supporting the Nashville North territory and one supporting the Nashville South territory (downtown Nashville serves as the approximate dividing line). Because this role involves daily travel throughout the assigned market, we strongly prefer candidates who live within the territory they will serve. This helps reduce unnecessary commute time, improves responsiveness to customers, and supports a healthy work-life balance for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Team Leads and field pros performing cleaning, painting, gutter protection installation, pressure washing, soft washing, and new construction clean-out services.
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and scheduling to maximize crew productivity and service capacity.
  • Conduct regular job site visits, inspections, and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to Team Leads and field pros to promote skill development, accountability, and consistent execution.
  • Monitor project progress and promptly address operational issues, customer concerns, quality deficiencies, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Support estimating and sales activities through site visits, scope reviews, measurements, and operational input on project requirements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, property managers, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, vehicle policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead daily huddles, safety meetings, and field communications to align crews on priorities, expectations, and project objectives.
  • Track and report labor hours, production metrics, material usage, and project completion status.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new field personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall field operations.
  • Support emergency service requests, schedule changes, and operational needs as required.
  • Partner with the Field Services Manager to execute departmental goals, workforce planning initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, property services, facilities maintenance, painting, pressure washing, exterior services, or a related trade.
  • 1-3 years of experience leading crews, serving as a Team Lead, Foreman, Lead Technician, or Supervisor.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, job sites, and work schedules simultaneously.
  • Experience training, coaching, and directing field employees.
  • Experience interacting directly with residential and commercial customers.
  • Working knowledge of jobsite safety requirements, OSHA standards, and safe equipment operation.
  • Experience using tools, equipment, and materials related to painting, cleaning, pressure washing, gutter protection installation, and general field services.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Experience:
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Zuper.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical, vocational, or trade school training preferred.
