Job summary

ICG Construction & Landscaping in Reno, Nevada seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations across residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with ownership, project managers, estimators, and the office team, spending most time in the field and occasionally supervising other active job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction field leadership experience at Superintendent or similar level.
• Strong residential construction knowledge including remodeling, additions, renovations, or new builds.
• Hands-on capability to perform field work when needed and supervise crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple residential and commercial projects.
• Directly manage projects and supervise other active job sites.
• Coordinate safety, quality, schedules, and field productivity.
• Read blueprints and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
• Maintain clear communication with ownership, PMs, estimators and office staff.
