Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting has an opening for a Senior Superintendent to lead complex commercial and public works projects in Northern Nevada. The role oversees CMAR/Design-Build efforts, coordinating with Project Managers and site teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings CMAR or design-build experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project to drive successful project delivery for industrial and commercial builds in Reno.

Qualifications

• Public Works/CMAR or Design-Build background required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience with Procore & Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, oversee project execution and safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project success.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field productivity.

Senior Superintendent | Commercial & Public Construction | Reno, NV

A highly respected commercial construction firm is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead complex public works, CMAR (Construction Manager At Risk), design-build, industrial, and commercial construction projects throughout Northern Nevada.

Day to Day Responsibilites:

• Lead field operations, oversee project execution, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are achieved on every project.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure project success
• Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee field productivity
• Complete daily reports, project documentation, and progress tracking
• Monitor project quality and enforce company standards
• Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite safety programs

Requirements:

• Public Works, CMAR or Design-Build Background
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Procore & Microsoft Project Experience
• Strong Leadership and Scheduling Skills
• Experience Managing Large Subcontractor Teams
