Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Reno, NV. The role leads field operations on ground-up commercial projects, focusing on CM at Risk delivery and on-time turnover.

You will build and update project schedules, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site. Ideal candidates have regional Reno experience, a proven background in large-scale commercial construction, and hands-on leadership of field teams.

Qualifications

• Regional Reno experience and strong reputation are highly valued.
• Proven track record with CM at Risk delivery on ground-up projects.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial sites and multiple trades.
• Leadership experience on field operations and preconstruction planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction to turnover.
• Coordinate trades, manage on-site schedules, and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project and/or P6; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with PMs and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Document daily logs, field reports, and progress tracking; support proposals.
