Ready to run the yard and grow with it? A growing, entrepreneurial cattle feeding company with more than 10,000 head is looking for a hands-on Feedlot Manager to lead its crew and its daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of feedlot experience, including time in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Willingness to work outdoors and rotate weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead, hire, and schedule the feed, cattle, and maintenance crews.
• Oversee receiving, processing, and shipping of cattle.
• Manage bunk reading, feed calls, and ration delivery.
• Keep equipment, pens, and facilities running well.
• Track performance and inventory in feedyard software.
