Ready to run the yard and grow with it? A growing, entrepreneurial cattle feeding company with more than 10,000 head is looking for a hands-on Feedlot Manager to lead its crew and its daily operations.

You'll have real authority, a solid team in place, and owners who move fast and want you here for the long haul. In this on-site Nebraska role, you will lead, hire, and schedule the feed, cattle, and maintenance crews; oversee receiving, processing, and shipping of cattle; manage bunk reading,

Formación

• 5+ years of feedlot experience, including time in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Willingness to work outdoors and rotate weekends and holidays.
