Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the production of goods or services.
• Associate degree in industrial technology, operations management, business administration, or a related field; and one year of work experience; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training, which includes one year of work experience in the production of goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Inmate Training: Teach production methods, safe equipment use, and proper work practices
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a secure environment, conduct searches, and oversee tool and supply control
• Production Monitoring: Use SAP to track orders, materials, shipping, and purchasing needs
• Process Evaluation: Review production records, assess workflow, and recommend equipment or process improvements
• Operational Support: Assist with related duties that help maintain effective factory operations
