Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train inmate workers in production methods, equipment use, and computer programs for daily operational reporting.
• Maintain a secure work environment by conducting searches, monitoring movement, and managing tool and supply inventories.
• Use SAP to review plant activity and submit purchase requests to support efficient operations.
• Analyze records, help set production goals, and recommend equipment improvements for better output.
• Carry out additional duties needed to ensure smooth and effective operations.
