Job summary

- Familiarity with building automation and CMMS software.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, pumps, and motors.
- Daily rounds to inspect systems, read measurements, report conditions.
- Respond to emergencies, diagnose on-site, coordinate with users.
- Read blueprints and determine installation or repair needs.
- Record hours spent on tasks and use CMMS for tracking.
