Job summary

Penn Community Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building upkeep across its offices in Perkasie and southeastern Pennsylvania. This role covers painting, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs to maintain safe, functional work spaces.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in facility maintenance, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of property maintenance best practices.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property maintenance and repairs bank-wide as directed.
• Complete tasks assigned by Facility Help Desk as required.
• Assist Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician with projects as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and paint structures and equipment to preserve parts and ensure safety.
