Responsibilities

• Assist, perform or arrange maintenance functions in all PATH facilities, including repairs and coordinating with outside contractors.
• Open and/or close locations as scheduled and in line with security procedures.
• Perform site checklists to ensure safe operation of mechanical systems and the environment.
• Monitor and enforce preventative maintenance schedules for PATH facilities and complete related checklists.
• Assist supervisors and staff with facilities maintenance issues and prioritize work orders.
