• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a morning walk-through of all facilities to identify issues.
• Complete basic repairs and improvements, including light plumbing, painting, trim work, bulb/fixture replacements, and other small-scale tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for various vendors, including HVAC, roofing, lawn care & snow removal, fire safety, hi-lo repair, and more.
• Coordinate and manage the preventive and routine maintenance program for all machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Review maintenance requests and prepare action plans for the service and repair (in house and out of house).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Manager and communicate scheduled maintenance plans and emergency updates with Leadership.

• Complete basic repairs and improvements, including light plumbing (e.g., faucet/disposal replacement, minor leak fixes, toilet repair), painting, trim work, bulb/fixture replacements, and other small-scale tasks
• Serve as the point of contact for various vendors, including HVAC, roofing, lawn care & snow removal, fire safety (Cintas), hi-lo repair, and more
• Coordinate and manage the preventive and routine maintenance program for all machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
