Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance tasks, plus completing work orders and keeping logs up to date. A high school diploma and basic trade skills are required, with 1–2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting basics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and instruct student facility maintenance staff.
• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Complete minor repairs such as patching holes and painting.
• Repair electrical outlets, wires, switches, and fixtures.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs such as sinks, water coolers, toilets, and showers.
• Paint as needed for touch ups after repairs.
• Fill out and process work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and update related logs.
• Hang and repair doors and install locks.
• Replace broken windowpanes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and heating/cooling units.
