Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot building and equipment issues, and handle repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience. You will work safely in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with teams and contractors to improve reliability and reduce

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and address urgent issues to minimize downtime.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and safety systems for hazards and needs.
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to improve reliability and reduce costs.
