Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and landscaping duties on Center grounds and surrounding areas. The role includes skilled tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor construction, plus supervising students for cleanliness and upkeep of facilities.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office is required, and up to 6 months of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• 3–6 months of related maintenance/landscaping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled/unskilled maintenance in plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and minor construction.
• Paint interiors/exteriors using brush or spray.
• Supervise students in cleaning, waxing floors, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain grounds and buildings in good condition and ensure equipment is clean and operable.
• Follow safety practices and Center policies; maintain records as directed by supervisor.
