Champion Ranch, an 8,000-acre luxury guest ranch in the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader who will directly execute work while guiding a team.

You’ll perform and coordinate routine maintenance, oversee buildings, grounds, roads, irrigation, and systems, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues. This role requires a strong practical focus and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and general repair.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
• Maintain buildings, grounds, roads, and irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Coordinate outside contractors when needed
• Monitor property safety and address maintenance concerns
• Assist with facility improvement projects
