Outdoorsy Hill Country is seeking a detail-oriented Grounds & Maintenance Associate to keep our luxury retreat pristine and welcoming. This full-time role reports to the Facilities Manager and involves hands-on maintenance across grounds, facilities, and guest areas.

You’ll handle inventory, safety, and repairs, while delivering friendly guest service. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is a must; valid driver’s license required.

Formación

• Gardening and property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of common tools and machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift 25–50 pounds and stand 8 hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory & supply management and record-keeping.
• Diagnose and perform grounds and property maintenance repairs.
• Operate lawnmowers, chainsaws, and heavy maintenance equipment.
• Carry out HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs as needed.
• Provide daily groundskeeping and cleanliness for guest areas.
• Deliver professional, courteous guest interactions.
