Job summary

Thomas Ranch Development in Wisconsin is seeking a Grounds Caretaker & Maintenance Technician. This hands-on role ensures the appearance, safety, and upkeep of our ranch properties, facilities, landscapes, and guest-ready environments.

You will perform groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, event setup, animal care, and equipment care while supporting a luxury hospitality and ranch atmosphere. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, facilities, landscaping, ranch operations, or related field.
• Certifications or technical training in electrical, plumbing, irrigation, or mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of all Thomas Ranch properties and operational areas.
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation support.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, and event materials for gatherings.
• Feed and water ranch animals according to schedules and monitor animal areas.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and assist with preventative maintenance.
