Job summary

C Lazy U is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are safe, reliable, and guest-ready. You will partner with ranch leadership, manage preventive maintenance and capital projects, supervise staff, control labor budgets, and coordinate with vendors, regulators, and contractors to uphold five-star standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in maintenance or facilities management in hospitality or related industry.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop maintenance team members.
• Provide training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Schedule labor resources and manage labor budgets.
• Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, oversee equipment and fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
