Dimensional Innovations (DI) seeks a Fabricator Intern to join our Kansas City-area team. You will work hands-on with experienced fabrication professionals to construct client projects using diverse materials, tools and techniques.

You’ll translate drawings and raw materials into finished experiences while gaining practical exposure in a professional shop. You’ll learn fabrication methods, read blueprints, use measurement tools, and collaborate with other fabricators to solve challenges as

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related program in construction, fabrication, or industrial tech.
• Ability to handle basic fractions, decimals and geometry.
• Comfort using hand/power tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Help fabricate and assemble components for real DI client projects.
• Work with materials such as wood, plastics, metals, laminates.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and project docs.
• Measure, cut, assemble and finish components with emphasis on quality.
