Dimensional Innovations (DI) invites you to join the Design Engineer Internship at our Kansas City area headquarters in Overland Park, KS. You will work on real client projects, turning concepts into buildable solutions with the Eng/Design teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience in SolidWorks, 3D modeling, materials and fabrication, while collaborating across Design, Production, Technology and Project Management, preparing production-ready drawings and models for fabrication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant engineering or design degree.
• Experience with 3D modeling and CAD tools preferred.
• Interest in materials, fabrication and buildability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real client projects with engineering team.
• Create and modify 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with Design, Production and Project Management teams.
