SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Architect to own technical engagements from discovery through deployment and long-term success.

You will design and implement security solutions, focusing on EDR/XDR, endpoint protection, identity, and cloud security, while guiding customers on AI governance and data protection. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to work with channel partners to scale delivery.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of enterprise cybersecurity experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR deployment, configuration, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection/response workflows, and integration with SIEM, identity, and cloud security.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise scenarios, including AI tool access, developer workflows, and browser controls via enterprise MDM.
• Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployments; escalate as needed.
• Partner with pre-sales to scope engagements and provide technical input into SOWs.
• Collaborate with MSSPs and system integrators to deliver and uplift partner delivery capabilities.
