First Heritage Mortgage is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive enterprise and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through close. You will implement lightweight, consistent PM templates and processes and support change management for technology and process rollouts.

This role offers an opportunity to help shape PM practices across the company as the discipline matures, with close collaboration across Compliance, Marketing, Accounting, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally introducing PM practices within a growing organization.
• Comfortable bringing structure to projects without a preset playbook.
• Experience managing cross-functional tech or operational projects, preferably in financial services or mortgage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through close.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate across departments to keep initiatives on track.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
