Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Comfortable operating without an established playbook; bring structure and consistency.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology or operational projects, ideally in financial services or mortgage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on project manager for enterprise and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through close.
• Own day-to-day management of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through close.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to the EVP when executive intervention is needed.
• Coordinate across departments to keep initiatives on track.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
