Job summary

Marwin Company in Collegeville, PA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Mechanical Engineering team. You will oversee design, manufacturing collaboration, and KPI-driven improvements for current operations and new product initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years of management in manufacturing, and hands-on proficiency with Solidworks, Driveworks, ERP, and Salesforce. Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Solidworks & Driveworks.
• Proven expertise with IRC/IBC welding codes and calculations for stairs; structural calculations for steel.
• Proven experience contributing to a high performing team.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering support for ongoing and new manufacturing operations.
• Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers using KPIs.
• Design and validate non-standard/custom designs prior to release to manufacturing.
• Support new product initiatives and supplier feasibility.
• Collaborate with departments and communicate effectively across teams.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Driveworks, Solidworks, and ERP.
