Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership with software teams.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-connected platforms.
• Hands-on contributor in architecture and technical discussions.
• Experience with GoLang and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~6 software engineers.
• Drive execution across multiple product initiatives and ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance engineering culture.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to align priorities with needs.
