This hands-on leadership role is ideal for engineers moving into management (1–3 years) who want to influence technical direction across Azure/AWS and modern stack.

You will mentor engineers, participate in design reviews, and drive high-performing teams while collaborating with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture and modern app development.
• Passion for technical leadership and building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in Generative AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership building scalable cloud applications across Azure and AWS.
• Lead by example through architecture guidance, design reviews, and mentoring engineers on complex technical challenges.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
• Help lead and grow a high-performing engineering team (onshore and offshore).
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, and DevOps to deliver integrated solutions.
• Promote engineering excellence through SOLID principles, clean code, modern architecture patterns, and observability.
• Assist with planning and execution across multiple product initiatives.
