Job summary

Gametime is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Fan Experience team. You will lead full-stack and front-end engineers, coding alongside the team, and shaping features that drive fan experiences on web and mobile.

You’ll work closely with Product and Design to balance velocity, quality, and technical debt in a fast-moving environment. You’ll set standards for frontier models, AI coding agents, and new tooling to raise velocity and ensure robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering manager comfortable coding alongside the team.
• Experience using frontier models and AI coding agents to boost velocity and quality.
• Track record shipping consumer-facing features with measurable business impact.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Design.
• 5+ years in engineering with managerial experience.
• Familiarity with SQL/analytics to diagnose funnels and feature performance.
• Experience leading full-stack teams across web/mobile, backend, and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of modern frontend stacks (React/React Native).
• Collaborates in fast-moving, iterative environments with feature flags and A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership: code alongside your team and lead from the front.

• Partner with PM and Designer to shape product direction.
• Invest in tooling, tech debt paydown, and AI integration to speed delivery.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve the marketplace technically.
• Align fan-facing velocity with business outcomes.
