Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities functions. This hands-on role plans CAPEX investments, implements best practices, and oversees budgets while driving reliability and safety across plant operations.

The position collaborates with Production, Quality, Logistics, and HR, developing KPIs to improve CAPEX management and equipment performance. A BS in engineering and 7+ years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years manufacturing/construction experience.
• Experience in aseptic or powder manufacturing is preferred.
• 7+ years in mechanical/electrical systems; 5+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX investments to meet time, cost, and project goals.
• Lead the plant engineering department and maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and work order systems.
• Manage departmental budget and ensure targets are met.
• Drive improvements using KPIs for CAPEX and equipment reliability.
