Job summary

CraftBridge Jobs seeks a hands-on engineering leader to drive capital projects and maintenance programs in a Boxborough, MA manufacturing environment. You will lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The role oversees CAPEX, preventive maintenance, CMMS, and equipment reliability enhancements, partnering with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful installations and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe, efficient plant operations.
• Manage CAPEX projects from planning through implementation within time and budget.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work order systems.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving capital projects, improving equipment reliability, overseeing maintenance programs, and supporting plant growth while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
  
• Manage capital (CAPEX) projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, work order systems, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability initiatives.
