Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own the full product lifecycle from requirements through testing. You will design circuits, select components, and capture schematics, then design PCBs in Altium and create manufacturing and test documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, sensor integration, and design verification, with opportunities to grow within a expanding aerospace and defense focused team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical hardware design experience.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong understanding of circuit design fundamentals and EE principles.
• Hands-on with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators).
• Experience creating and executing design verification test plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design, circuit analysis, component selection and schematic capture.
• PCB design and layout using Altium.
• Create documentation and work instructions for manufacturing and testing.
• Select and evaluate instrumentation including sensors.
• Develop and execute design verification tests.
• Review test data and suggest improvements to products and processes.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support growth of the wider engineering team.
